App Support
Thank you for using StepCue, a routine timer for iPhone.
Contact Us
For bug reports, feature requests, or privacy questions, email woorlds@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, StepCue version shown in the app's settings, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots can help, but please remove private routine names or other sensitive information first.
Routine Timers
Create a routine with named, timed steps and start it from your routine library. If the displayed progress looks unexpected after locking your iPhone or returning to the app, open StepCue and check the current step and timer state. When reporting a timer issue, tell us whether the routine was paused, the screen was locked, or the app was closed.
Notifications, Sound, and Haptics
In StepCue settings, check notification status and use the test notification button. If permission is denied, enable notifications for StepCue in iPhone Settings. Also check Focus, notification sound settings, and your device's volume. StepCue's foreground haptics apply while the app is active; delivery and presentation of background notifications are controlled by iOS.
Local Data
Routines and run history are stored on your iPhone. Deleting a routine keeps previously saved history. StepCue does not offer account-based recovery or its own iCloud synchronization. Deleting the app removes its local data; avoid deleting it as a first troubleshooting step if you want to keep your routines and history. If a storage recovery screen appears, try its retry option before choosing a reset that deletes local data.
Advertising Privacy
StepCue uses Google AdMob for a banner on the Routines home screen. Where required, Google presents advertising privacy choices. If an advertising privacy-options row is available in StepCue settings, use it to review or change those choices.
