1. Information Handled by Lorumi

Lorumi handles the practice information you create in the app, including written answers, saved review state, voice recordings, raw, edited, and confirmed transcripts, and generated practice feedback. Lorumi does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment card details.

2. Microphone and Voice Recordings

Lorumi requests microphone access only when you choose to record a speaking or interview-practice answer. The resulting audio file is stored locally on your device so you can play it back, transcribe it, receive practice feedback, or delete it. Lorumi does not continuously listen to or record audio in the background.

3. Speech Recognition

When you request transcription, Lorumi uses Apple's Speech framework and an installed Korean speech-recognition asset to process the selected recording on your device. Lorumi stores the resulting transcript locally so you can review, edit, confirm, and delete it. Lorumi does not upload your recording or transcript to a developer-operated transcription server.

4. AI Practice Feedback

When available and requested, Lorumi uses Apple's Foundation Models framework and the on-device Apple Intelligence language model to evaluate a written answer or confirmed transcript against the practice question. Generated feedback is stored locally on your device. Lorumi does not send your answer, transcript, prompt, or generated feedback to a developer-operated AI server. AI feedback is reference-only practice assistance and is not an official assessment, score, eligibility decision, or guarantee of any result.

5. How Information Is Used

Your practice information is used only to provide Lorumi's features, including saving and reviewing answers, recording and playing back speech, producing and editing transcripts, generating practice feedback, and showing saved review progress. Lorumi does not send your practice information to advertising providers or use it to personalize advertising.

6. Data Storage and Security

Lorumi stores practice data locally in the app's container using Apple's local storage technologies. Stored practice data and recording files use iOS file protection and are excluded from device backups. Lorumi does not operate its own server for your recordings, answers, transcripts, or generated feedback.

7. Third-Party Services

Lorumi uses Apple platform services needed for app functionality, including the microphone and audio frameworks, the Speech framework, Apple Intelligence, the Foundation Models framework, local storage, and the App Store. Lorumi also uses Google AdMob to display advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices where required. Lorumi does not use third-party AI or transcription services and does not sell your recordings, answers, transcripts, or generated feedback. Apple and Google handle information through their services according to their respective policies.

8. Advertising Data and Privacy Choices

When Lorumi requests or displays an ad, Google AdMob may process information such as your IP address, which can be used to estimate a coarse location; device, app, or advertising identifiers when available and permitted; app and device information; ad impressions and interactions; and crash, diagnostic, or performance data. Google may use this information to deliver ads, limit how often an ad is shown, prevent fraud and abuse, measure advertising performance, and provide advertising and analytics services. Lorumi does not request access to your precise location for advertising.

Depending on your region, Lorumi may present a Google UMP form so you can make advertising privacy choices. When Google requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, you can reopen that form from Lorumi's settings. Personalized, non-personalized, and limited ads can involve different uses of data; even non-personalized or limited ads may use technical information such as an IP address for ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, frequency capping, or aggregated reporting.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your Lorumi recordings, answers, transcripts, or generated feedback with third parties. The current version processes these materials on your device and does not transmit them to Woorlds or Google AdMob. Advertising-related information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as described above and according to your available privacy choices.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Practice data remains on your device until you delete it. Lorumi provides controls to delete recordings, transcripts, and feedback individually and a setting to delete all practice data. Deleting Lorumi from your device also removes data stored in its local app container.

11. Children's Privacy

Lorumi does not provide an account and does not knowingly collect children's names, contact details, recordings, answers, transcripts, or generated feedback through a developer-operated server. Practice content entered or recorded in the app remains subject to the local processing and storage practices described in this policy. Advertising services may process the limited advertising-related information described above. Where applicable, advertising requests and privacy choices must be configured consistently with age-related legal requirements and Google's policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when Lorumi's features or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
